The time is here and calling to again unveil the mystery teachings of Yoga of the Divine Feminine. This is a depth practice of Soul Wisdom, of Sacred Embodiment & Intuition in Motion. There are many names form ancient times and cultures, such as Shakti, Divine Mother, Ma Kundalini, Shekinah~the Presence of God, the Holy Spirit, and most recently, a form of Light Language.

This is an initiatory path of the Divine Feminine. It is a path of surrender, of letting go, of needing to know in the ways of the mind. Instead it enlivens us from within, through sacred embodiment … it is an awakening/Ascension path.

Yoga of the Divine Feminine is a path of devotion. A path of Love, that is opened by the direct experience of the divinity that we are.

As a Living Mystery Teaching, there is less to say about it, and more to experience.

It is personal, intimate, mentoring, in person, over time.

Hatha yoga is the loose structure, allowing the sacred vessel of the body to be the doorway and threshold to step onto this path.

Postures are executed with a deep meditative internal focus, connection to breath, sensory awareness, and slow motion.

Hands on support through energetic balancing and Light Language enables deeper opening, release of holdings, intition & Soul Presencing.
