I once had a discussion with one of my teachers, about 6 months after receiving Kriya initiation. I was inquiring whether it was ok to back off from my practice if the increasing energy in my system and the expansion process felt ‘too much’?
His reply was, “Of course you may. But also remember, if you don’t acclimate to the new levels of energy that are creating transformation, you will not acclimate to the new levels, and transformation will not take place.”
As you release the old ways, which you have believed to be you, loss is a natural feeling.
But remember, the space being cleared out, left empty & as a void, is the Space for Grace. It is then you can be filled with more Light, which will truly serve your upliftment & Joy.
