The last few days of incoming energies, has spiked the frequency for us all once again, as we come closer to the Full Moon on Tuesday.
In making inner/outer space for these higher vibrations, I’ve listened to my body & taken more down-time, quiet-time, drank more water & have been grounding outside, connecting with Mama Nature.
Light Language has been streaming through, upgrading & upshifting my being. And messages have been sing-song-ing through…
Choices. We are being reminded of the importance of our choices. To keep aligning with the higher frequencies & increasing our ability to integrate them, we must continuously make the moment by moment choices regarding our habits, beliefs, thought processes, where we put our attention, what we put into our body, what serves as entertainment, how we spend our free time/energy, who we keep company with.
None of this is new. The yogic teachings have been guiding us for thousands of years, into deepening our awareness & choosing wisely of the people, places, things, thoughts & actions, which are of higher vibration/frequency.
Are we calling into our lives those things which cultivate more Life, Harmony, Peace, Beauty, Love, Compassion, etc?
Are we taking the steps to let go of outworn, dense, heavy, habitual energies which we have grown comfortable with?
This will be different for each, depending on where we are at, at any given time. Our awareness & understanding is continuously expanding, each rung of the ladder we climb. Just keep climbing.
We have free-will to choose whether we will release those things/behaviors that create cycles of suffering, pain, disappointment, frustration, anger & fear. We may feel a loss, a void, yet it creates more space for Grace to uplift us.
We are invited to embrace that in life which lifts us & affirms in us, to the highest/deepest knowing, of our Goodness, Beauty, Preciousness, Soul Power & the Loving beings that we are.
As we embrace these qualities in ourselves & Life, this is what Life will be reflecting back to us.
We are stepping into new ways of being & doing. We are creating a new world, by re-creating how we live, think & by amplifying the higher frequencies held in the spaciousness of Love.
