When I talk about frequency in the spiritual context, I’m speaking of vibration, yes. And also qualities, expressions, & consciousness, of light and density. The slower the vibration, the lower/heavier/denser it’s quality of expressions. The faster the vibration, the higher/lighter/ subtler it’s quality of expression, of which we could also say consciousness.

As we evolve both individually and collectively, we’re vibrating at faster rates, increasing the frequency of our being and consciousness and all of life. On the individual and personal level, we have the ability to consiously raise our frequency/consiousness, so that we may shift the emotions & thought patterns (also frequencies/consciousness) of our being from dense to lighter expressions.

Lighter qualities mean that we can live with more happiness, peace, freedom, love, compassion … you understand! It means we can experience our lives in fuller more meaningful ways.

As most know, when we do our inner healing work, we shift into a higher frequency, and find more happiness and peace. Each layer of the onion that we peel away affords us more life force energy and returns fragments of our Soul power back to our center.

The healing work that we do is expedited with the assistance of Light Language. Choosing to move along the Ascension trajectory consciously means we can choose to co-create with the Divine, new higher alignments through purifying and alchemizing our pain and suffering … proactively, on-going.
