In my life and throughout the years of supporting clients during thier soul journey, one of the most prominent themes that one will come across in my work is that of “Just Being” and the Power of Integration.

I find that this component within many spiritual paths is missing link.

The primary desires of the collective awakening, I feel, are to access spiritual phenomenon & psychic skills, to heal, to relieve stress and life duress, which are all indeed pertinent and have their place and need, especially in the early stages of waking up to ourselves as spiritual beings.

There comes a time however, when all the external ‘doing’ and striving spiritually, just as we’ve been conditioned to do materially, is called inward to a deeper stage of internalization or integration. If I might add, this is one of the most healing practices there is.

In other words … Stillness. Silence. Non-Doing. Just Being.

Now, I’m in no way saying integration can only happen in these forms. Yet, I will say, in my experience, for deep integration to take place, there is a spaciousness of energy body and consciousness that supports this level of experiencing Wholeness. And before we learn how to walk in the world ‘doing’ from the space of ‘non-doing’ we must begin within.

The truth is that we need the inner deep dives in our lives, to access both our deep nourished health and vitality, and also our deeper spiritual nature.

The answers will be both personal and collective.

This is a next level that connects us to our True Essence. It is practicing Self-Intimacy, at a whole new level. However, we must choose to enter within our own Inner Temple, Sacred Space. We must choose to break the addiction to stimulation and doing; to the technology that thrives on this addiction.

What we are truly seeking, will not be found outside of us … as the masters have all told us and I’m simply echoing.

The next realm of our collective spiritual awakening calls us to access the the Realms of the Subtle … both within and without. There are jewels there to find, but one must come to the Alter of the Heart, with devotion and surrender into Just Being.
