2019 is well under way. How has it been for you thus far? It’s been a heavy load to carry for me. I’ve felt the winter blues with the cloudy mid-west skies, as well as cold temps. But as the sun shines today and I feel warming on the New Moon, I too begin to light up again!
I’ve been feeling the call to address our Power of Choice in my own life and in the lives of clients. How this plays out in the old paradigm (if one so chooses to leave it behind) and the New Paradigm (if one so chooses to enter into transformation) As we come into spring around the corner, we get new bursts of life, so this topic feels appropriate.
Sharing from the perspective of spiritual awakening, evolution, Ascension Process, I’d like to talk about taking stock of our free will/power of choice in connection with sovereignty. First to spotlight sovereignty. More commonly defined as: ‘the full right and power of a governing body over itself, without any interference from outside sources or bodies.’ Usually we hear this used in a political or traditional religious bent, but what I’m addressing here is Personal Sovereignty within a spiritual context.
The easiest & most basic way we can begin to apply this to our lives, is to:
a) Realize your innate Power and Right to choose, for yourself. No one else can choose for you & you cannot choose for others. Only You.
b) Empower yourself via Self-Responsibility. Call back all energies of blame or victim-hood. Take responsibility for what is in your Now reality. Heal/Resolve/Release the past.
c) Act in full Integrity of choosing your Highest Good alignment, along with intending for the highest good of All. Doing the Right Thing, as best as you can, in any given situation.
d) Recognize You are Creating the life you are living, with each thought, emotion & action … the energy with which you are infusing your life.
e) Carry Respect & Honor of the choices of others. Each has their own sovereign right to choose. Destructive behavior or Healthy behavior. We choose what we wish to participate in.
f) Awaken to the Direct Knowing that Love is the guiding principle ie God/Source/Great Spirit/Divine.
g) Realize that YOU are inherently a spark of this Divine Power & hold this force within your own heart. You are a sovereign, divine human.
The old paradigm taught us/programmed humanity that we needed to put our faith & trust & power into the hands of external, man-made, constructed systems, that governed / ruled over / marketed to us, what life was supposed to be. We could say that this was necessary in some ways, because the density (heavy, ignorant, un-knowing, lost, forgetful energetic thoughtforms) of consciousness of humanity needed guidance, because we hadn’t awakened yet to our potential to choose for the best good of self/others. We are clearly still in the residual of this ignorance or spiritual immaturity.
However, as we wake up / heal / remember our innate goodness, we gain a continuous level of maturity … but only if we are functioning from those examples in the list above. It is this spiritual maturity that frees us from the need / reliance on the systems which may in fact have a deeper, unseen agenda which doesn’t promote our ability/right to be sovereign beings.
The New Paradigm is showing us a new reality, that we each can create our lives to reflect our deepest Self, our greatest gifts, our brightest Light, our most expansive Love, our highest Truth.
This requires us to step up into brand new ways of thinking, and going beyond the intellect into following your heart, soul, intuition & inspiration; opening to healing your fragmented, distracted self, in order to embrace self-compassion, self-respect, self-love.
Here we find the desire to choose what is in our highest good, and to desire that same good for all others.
The New Paradigm throws off the chains of the old paradigm of fear, scarcity, loss, victimhood, and anger. These are frequencies /vibrations that continue to breed more of the same. These qualities of energy fuel hatred, greed, blame & shame, violence, and violation of the sovereignty of others,
If all of this is foreign to you, that is OK. If you don’t know how to move from old paradigm consciousness into the higher frequencies of the New Paradigm, that too is OK. Even if you don’t buy into any of this, that too is OK.
I’m not going to say we snap our fingers & we step into this new reality in an instant. I’m also not going to say that the power to choose is as easy as thinking your way to it. There are steps of clearing any density that inhibits the strength of this innate power. The point is, to become willing, to choose to begin.
We all begin where we are. That means being clear & honest through your own personal inventory and taking responsibility for your next highest good… If you so choose. The New Paradigm is leaving behind the need to drag ourselves through the mud of pain or disappointment, of endless lessons. The invitation is now to use our Power to Choose, to elevate ourselves, motivated by a desire to access our deepest Truth / Love / Freedom / Peace / Wisdom.
We all have the capacity to create amazing lives of happiness, joy, community, & connection, expressed uniquely through the individual beings of beauty that we are! My prayer is that you feel the call to say “Yes!” to your sovereign being, your power to choose that which will deliver your expansive happiness.

Light Language is a modality/technology for this time of Ascension/Awakening.
With these high frequencies, based on qualities of Love, Peace, Compassion, Joy, Freedom, the healing & activations help us to rise up out of the fray of our past emotional habitual patterns, chaos & stories we’ve created, consciously or unconsciously.
It breaks up these patterns of density, which allow more light to enter into our system.
We connect to our Highest Self wisdom, which directs us away from the painful antics of suffering, self-negation, & programming.
Our energy/consciousness can rise upward from the lower-ego self, into a growing spiritual maturity of our higher energy centers.
I’m excited to begin tailoring private sessions more directly towards the New Paradigm shifting! Forward movement into the New Paradigm.
