Our awakening process, is often categorized by the phases of emotional healing, entering into practices such as meditation and yoga, and the recognition that we’ve been trapped in beliefs implemented by cultural conditioning.

As you may know for yourself, this is a very general and surface list, that can take years of being in this awakening phase. This post though is more about the next phases and stages, which is our Ascension. The first leads to the second.

The collective Ascension process, regardless of whether we’re consciously ‘doing’ the work or even are aware of this concept, is happening for all of life on this planet and throughout the cosmos. It is both personal and impersonal. It includes all organic life forms, meaning Mother Earth, the animals, the waters, the thousands of living organisms, and of course humanity.

In one brief statement it is the process of all of life shifting from a previous states of density into more divine Light. As humans, we are evolving and we’re encoded for this evolution. Our bodies are the Sacred Vehicles, organic, living technologies that are designed for this evolutionary process. And this process is on a quickened trajectory to leap us into a very different reality … and many varied realities along the way.

One of the most important things to remember, I beleive, is that this Spiritual Evolution, this Ascnesion process happens naturally, THROUGH us … mind, body, heart, and soul.

We are living through this beautiful holistic journey, from the inside out of remembering and becoming, a new kind of human. Though this will not happen over night, it is happening every moment!

The Aquarian Age will be expediating our trajectory. It’s magical and full of wonder, as we embrace the perfection of Life’s wisdom. There is more ease and grace when we come into an inner space of relational intimacy.

The deeper intimacy of Art of Sacred Embodiment, the Spiral Mapping, as well as, next leveling our intimate/ romantic relationships, are ways we embody and bring live the codes of this evolution.

As we move into higher and expanded states of being, once the healing is complete, the visioning for what is in the highest good for the whole, invites us even further into our divine human selves!
