I’m super excited to be doing a series of interviews with Jeff Krisman on my book, ‘Awakening from the Dream ~ a Kundalini Memoir.’

Over the years, through the Path of Embodiment, I’ve developed an intimate relationship with the variety of ways in which our Soul communicates with us. I use this relationship as one of my foundations for all the work I do with clients/groups.

At this time, many people are experiencing a deep disconnect from the centered tether of the very nature of their own being. This disconnect leaves people feeling scattered, untrusting, disillusioned, or frightened, as they try to navigate the external world without a deeper faith in the core of their own being.

This & the following video conversations will hopeful expand on my personal experience in a way that all can benefit from the grace & wisdom I’ve received over the last 2 decades.
