Have you noticed in yourself or others the draw to Mother Nature?

Many people are magnetized to sunrises and sunsets; to forests, deserts, wide open, wild flower meadows; trees; deep dark caverns and caves; waters of endless ocean, running rivers, trickling streams; valleys and snow covered mountain tops, just to name a few.

Mother Nature’s bounty offers many ways to become enchanted and mezmerized by LIFE! Each expression of her beauty carries an energetic frequency, patterns of Living Light emitting a field of harmony, equillibrium, and balance. This is coherence. Everything vibrates as a whole, in a state of Oneness.

Feel into any of the above examples of natural environments above. Do you know what calls to you? Not logically or rationally … but to your Soul.

Listen for your breath to slow and deepen.

Feel for your body to soften.

Notice your heart open.

When we enter into nature there’s an energy that begins to soothe us. Different natural environments have unique effects on each person, based on the frequency expressed through Mother Nature, and how those resonate with each of us, individually.

When we connect into these moments with awareness and intimacy, to what speaks to our Soul, and all of our being comes into coherence, we are glimpsing our Soul’s Essence.

As we recieve the in-breath of the moment and relax into the out-breath, something visceral happens in our bodies. The nervous system regulates. The braninwaves slow. Our energy field expands. When we are able to open to non-doing or very slow, conscious action, we learn to hold and be held by this field of our own coherence.

This is our unique Soul Signature. It is our true essence and birthright.

We step into the world of the Sacred and Symbolic. This is the realm of a magical, relationship of presencing, with Life.

This is a portal of co-creation, a dance of our Heart-Soul and the Divine.

In a world that entices our personality/person-hood with distraction, disconnection, the overt and dense, and incoherence or static or fragmented …
