We are dancing with the Cosmos more than ever before. And friends, it’s not slowing down anytime soon. Our planet and all of life on this beautiful being that she is, including we humans, are on a transformational ride.

Most of you reading this blog I’m assuming are on your spiritual awakening/Ascension path. And most of you will probably be aware that we have been affected by the cosmic energies on a consistent increase for a few years now.

I felt like it was a good time to share a scientic research link that a friend sent me, after our Moon Meditation call last weekend. Everyone had an opportunity to share what they been experiencing physically, leading up to the Full Moon/Eclipse. Everyone had been feeling some kind of Ascension sensitivites, including myself, with heart palpitations and headaches demading day time sleep for days prior.

This link is from the National Library of Medicine. It’s one of many, and you can google specific kinds of energetic impacts with varying information. This long study reports on, ‘The Biological Effects of Magnetic Storms and ELF Magnetic Fields.’

I feel like this is an important time to have data that supports what many of us have known intuitively and experiencially … that our body/mind/emotions are impacted by these cosmic influxes. Especially since these are on the rise and they affect our family and friends, that may not have the same awareness.

The Sacred Technology of our body, is being upgraded by these influxes. Extra TLC becomes important as we move forward. Though science may not see exactly through the same lense, they are giving us very important information to use with extra mindfulness as we progress.

When we’re empowered by information, we can then take steps and make choices to support our health and wellbeing, and assist our loved ones.

As is said again and again by many Wayshowers … the awakening process is a very physical process, as we are literally in an evolutionary quickening stage.
