Have you noticed how much in life is paired or twinned or in union?

Many birds mate for life. Butterflies flit in pairs. Our physical body is twinned from the right side, to the left. Even many our organs have counterparts.

The evolutionary principles are the elements of Yin/Yang, Masculine/Feminine, having nothing to do with gender, but with life force expressions.

And as humans we co-create the species through our gender expressions, coming together in a sacred embrace of union.

Relationtional Intimacy is a foundation of the next level evolutionary expressions on our planet. We are learning that a feminine path approach of emotion, embodiment, and connection, in union with the masculine structure and intellect, through a conscious relationship of honor and intimacy, will open us the doors of deep healing and new paradigms of relationship.

There has been a deep break and divide, wounding and misalignment, of men and women, that stems back in time through generations and eras. Especially our romantic connections.

As a self proclaimed anti-romantic in years gone by, it is not surprising that my path has guided me to learn beyond my self-protection mechanisms, walls that encircled my wounds, and demanded I face the tenderness and vulnerability and innocence I felt (hoped) I’d ‘outgrown.’

Instead I’ve become enchanted by romance. I find the different meanings of the word interesting, at best. Though I certainly appreciate the science and physiologogical responses that offer a rational experience of love and connection, I’m much more taken in by the spiritual and soulful realities of the power of Romantic Love, and thier mysterious, magical hold that sways over the human heart.

When I witness the world of couple-dom, I see not only distortions of love, fear of love and vulnerability, and loss of what I believe to be a purity that resides in romatic love, as well as deep longing and desire for romance to live within our individual and collective heart.

As we enter into a new evolutionary cycle, many Age of Aquarius paradigms are being introduced. What we think of as romantic partnerships are changing. A next level of connection … of twinning, of pairing, of union are rising to the surface. We could say the very initiatory stage of the sacred union paradigms, is a growing into healthy partnerships, that require healthy & healed individuals as the foundation.

We are being not only invited, but something more subtle is wooing us to open our hearts, our souls, to live in and through Devotion. Devotion to our own self, our truth, reside in our heart, and soul, which is our own divine Wholeness. To awaken a more conscious presence to the Presence of Love.

This new paradigm asks us to explore, inquire, and investigate our own beliefs. To be intimately present with the how and the what and the ways we have been informed about Love. We are invited to ask about such things as:

Cultural/Religious/Familial Conditioning

Fears of Intimacy, Vulnerability, and Honesty

Ability to Access Self-Love in order to Love Another

Ability and Desire to Envision a New Saced/Divine Union

Many of us now are in the midst of creating this new, beautiful, intimate, path of harmonizing that which has been damaged and distorted. For me, this has been a journey of reviving romance, believing in romance, and re-envisioning romance.

Sacred Union for the New Earth is dawning, whether in relationship currently or deepening one’s own self-love and self-honor, in preparation for a Higher Love.

May a Higher Love be anchored onto our planet for the highest good of all!
