The High Heart (Thymus Chakra) is the space in which to cultivate remaining at all times. Begin to acclimate at this center. This will allow the fluidity needed as the frequencies and codes increase into your being on all levels.
Through the High Heart, you will be better able to connect with guidance from Angelic, Elemental, Galactic, and other divine assistance.
At this center, there is a merging of the subtle and gross layers of the human system. For that reason, it will be accessible for those of the Light and Love frequencies to assist most effectively; as well as raise your personal neutrality capabilities in order to love with the transformational powers more effectively. Your personal love becomes transmuted into Divine Love, as the Throat Chakra and Heart Chakra are bridged via the High Heart.
As for the lessons at this moment, the practice of the High Heart should become the primary one for the time being. The Diaphragmatic Chakra, transmutes personal power into alignment with Divine Power at this center. Is important and will activate automatically as the High Heart activates and strengthens.
