Greetings ~
We are here to talk with you again as we move through these powerful planetary shifts.
We feel it is time to stabilize the energies that have been moving through you as downloads.
The energies that have entered everywhere on the planet, for many of you, they are still swirling. The more they anchor and solidify, the easier time each of you will have integrating and carrying out the latest upgrades.
It’s important to understand that all is connected, but it must be understood on the level of experience. It is in this way that your human desire becomes engaged and that desire, when connected to the heart will create more of a movement to do what is right, not only for you, but for one another, and the planet as a whole.
All need healing and harmonizing. There will be a growing number in contact soon with the higher awareness and Light. All of you carrying a greater degree of Light within, will continue to affect the rise in frequency.
Much has been coming in quickly and integration time has been minimal. Now that the planets are moving into the next phase, you can ground and anchor the Light you’ve been receiving with greater ease.
These suggestions continue to be applicable for stabilizing:
~ Be in Nature.
~ Create daily quiet time & inner stillness.
~ Move the body & sweat & cleanse.
~ Reduce & balance use of technology, as it creates interference in your systems.
~ Follow guidance & share.
We wish to support this process, that it be as easy on all as possible, and yet, it must keep moving with continuity.
