Less than 48 hours past the exact moments of the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on Saturday, the reverberations continue to pulse through me, and all of us, for the next 3 days. I was literally laid-out flat from Saturday afternoon until this morning, when I awoke at my normal time, yet still feeling the pressures moving around my brain, eyes, and Third Eye. Thankfully, I learned early on the power of surrendering to the inner calls. Unplugging is not a challenge, however it hasn’t happened to this degree in my recent memory.

All that’s been revealed over this inner journey is still landing, clarifying, integrating. It is preparing me too, for the Lunar Eclipse on the 28th of this month. We are still in the wormhole and the effects will play out over the next 6 months, is what I understand via astrologers.

This has been one of the most potent windows, that has tendrils as well, still reorganizing from the Summer Solstice. Though disorienting & discombobulating, gratitude overflows and curiosity abounds as I patiently watch how these transformations land in me & inform my life over time.

The Sacred Technology of our body, our Soul, and our openness, dictates what we’re ready to receive at specific cosmic junctures. Some float by me, almost unnoticed, while others are feeling the frequency shifts. Others hone in with extra umph … this was one!

It feels like the perfect timing to be sharing the upcoming Playshop at The Yoga Room, here in Tulsa, on Sunday October 22nd. We’ll still be in these powerful energies, just a few days away from the second Eclipse. As we sensitize to this presence, we will be gifted. When we work with our ability to craft & co-create, this happens in deep relationship with Life, Mother Nature, the Cosmos, & Soul Alignment. It is a multi-dimensional experience, practice, and lifestyle.

Crafting a Soul Aligned Life Playshop (see this event page on FB) introduces ways to integrate our personhood, our Higher Selves, and living from a higher state, space of Wholy/Wholeness. The play on spelling is intentional. We’ll explore this more in the playshop. And, the invitation is to find ones own way of understanding the experience, rather than the words.

There is a practice in Nia, that brings us into the subtle realms of forming relationships with the Secular, the Symbolic, and the Sacred. We will be weaving these three realms/dimensions/ levels of consciousness together. Blending these states, in order to learn to live from a place of Wholeness/Wholyness and Flourishing.

It all begins within.

There will be a few themes that we’ll be exploring, Relationship being one, is foundational. Opportunities of practices for direct experiences will be offered, with the intention that everyone will be empowered to dive deeper into the practices on their own accord. Co-creation with the Divine, with Heart-Soul Wisdom, goes beyond intention or the will of ego desires.

It is a relationship we deepen into … a sacred relationship with Self, Source, Love, & Life.
