Just as the seasons have their ‘feel’ or we can say specific frequencies, we can feel that shift regardless of whether the sun is shining or the clouds are building. We can tell what the seasons feel like, because they emitting specific ‘signatures.’ We also have the specific signatures of frequency we emit.

We each have dominant vibrations, that underly the passing emotions, regardless of whether we’re laughing, crying, or angry. It is this undertone of our being which people are able to read/sense/feel/get an intuitive hit from, and that Life reads, which is paramount in the reality we’re creating.

Have you ever met someone who is smiling and by all appearance seems happy, yet there’s an undercurrent of sadness, anger, or fear. Our energy speaks louder than our words or actions. I remember back in the 1980’s when I first started trying to get sober, after a meeting a guy said to me, “Man, you’re so militant.” It took me years to figure out that he was speaking about the anger and aggression I carried, even though I thought I was being nice.

The deeper we heal/resolve/integrate our false stories/beliefs, the easier it is for our Soul Signature Frequency to be revealed. Our Soul Signature is our true expression, different from our dominant vibration. It is the essence of who we truly are. Each emotion or state of consciousness we hold, vibrates at specific frequencies.

When we hold a frequency of Self-Love, we continually perceive life’s events through the healed prism of knowing our worth. And with those higher vibrations, Life reflects more Joy, Beauty & Peace, to us and Love for others flows through us.

I have learned that when I’m holding this higher frequency, I am ready too, to receive more opportunity & Life co-creates that with me, based on the degree of knowing my own Worth & Self-Love.

When we gain continual new levels of self-awareness, we realize & remember more clearly, that the wounding stories are Not who we truly are.

This healed truth we take away from that deeper knowing, transmutes our frequency, and enables us to cultivate a higher vibration. This process continues expands our spiritual awakening & evolution. We are each capable of retraining and upgrading the efficiency of our energy system/consciousness as well as, transforming our Signature Frequency to that which aligns us with our inherent Light, Creative Flow, Happiness, Health, Peace, & Deeper Freedom. The more coherent our being/field, the more our Soul Signature is read by the Universe & Life.
