There is more & more evidence that our has had much more life cycles that have occurred over thousands and thousands of years, and that humanity has gone through ages of Ascension and Descension.

These ages would inherantly be represented by periods of time when we have been in deep levels of ignorance and darkness. This means the the frequency is dense, heavy, and the consciousness of the people would therefore be deeply limited.

As quoted from History Facts, ‘The term “Dark Ages” conjures images of a bleak, backward world, a period of human history marked by ignorance, barbarity, and intellectual stagnation.’

On the other end of the pendulum, we have the Golden Age. The meaning of Golden, is a period of great happiness, prosperity, and achievement. This would be an era when the frequency of human consciousness was high and life had greater ease and grace for all.

But what about those times such as Atlantis, both in it’s golden expression, before its fall into destruction?

Today we’re looking at this as an Ascension process, an evolution of all of life, that is expanding into higher states of consciousness, spiritual technologies that are accessed from within, and a rememberance of our divinity. In other words, we’re on a steady upswing … though we still have a very long way to go!

One way to put it within the lense of ancient Sanskrit teachings, is that we are at the end of the Kali Yuga. As a very complex system of 24,000 years, the easy way to understand this is that the Yugas are a measurement of time and the science of how life expresses are different phases and stages of consciousness.

In the Kali Yuga, energetic vibration is heavy, dense, dark and destructive. The low frequency draws the human consciousness downward into ignorance, distortions of power, structures of society that feed the few, are service-to- self, and scarcity & survival templates. 

This is a cycle of human consciousness that we are leaving behind. Therefore, the individual and collective expressions of consciousness at the forefront of the majority of people is the fear of the collapse center, because the past ways are no longer working, as the freqeuncy rises on the planet, which demands we wake up to a higher level of operating. All the old structures are dying. 

In the phase of forgettfulness, the Kali Yuga, we see a decline in cosmic energy, DNA degradation, and shifts in human intellect and morality. But have no fear, we are in the incline, rememberance,  so all of these topics that we cover are on the upswing!

The are different calculations as to the beginnings & endings of the 4 Yuga Cycles. I have always aligned with that of Paramahansa Yogananda’s guru, Sri Yukteswar’s calculation written about in great scientific/spiritual detail in his book, “The Holy Science.”  

We are in a constant dance of remembrance and forgettfulness, during the 24,000 years of energy, frequency, that is our consciousness, that is our beliefs, emotions. behaviours, patterns, wider & higher ability to see Truth/truth, and lower & narrower ability to percieve beyond what is tangible.

Sri Yukteswar believed that we’d already left the Kali Yuga and had entered into the Dwapara Yuga some time ago. However, the most common belief, and perhaps mistaken calculations (all layed out in The Holy Science, which personally, the details go way beyond my brains way of operating! 🙃) is that we are currently leaving that dark, dense cycle. 

Within this Hindu science and system, there are 4 Yuga Cycles of Consciousness/Frequency/ Vibration of Energy. Each Yuga has a descent & ascent phase … and as a whole, the sytem is complex. I don’t claim to be an expert, but trust the basics will support us all.

The highest frequency of the Satya Yuga, which is seen as The Golden Age, a time of collective enlightenment & rememberance.  We KNOW Who We Are, as Divine Beings.

And then comes the Fall into Forgetfullness…

The next cycles flows into  the Treta Yuga. In Treta, we are effortless masters, in harmony with divine flow, and as divine flow. 

Dwapara Yuga carries a frequencythat enables us to access higher intellegence, spirituality realms, higher values, attributes, ideals, and new forms of energy technology. 

The complete Fall into Forgetfullness is of course, the Kali Yuga. The deep darkness and ignorance that increases the Shadow aspect of humanity, from which we are in recovery & rememberance.

Which ever way we calculate, at this point we are rising into a cycle of higher frequency and light, of Dwapara. We are in the Ascension phase of thousands of years toward a time of enlightenment, the Golden Age.

And part & parcel with this time is to understand that we are frequency, cosmic intellegence, divine rememberance. The more we choose THIS as a way of living, our reality becomes transformed from the inside-out.

Who really knows how many of these 24,000 year cycles the human race and or other races of beings have gone through on this beautiful planet. What we do know, is that life as we’ve known it is transforming at a rapid pace and that we as humans are also stepping into the great unkown.

And my guess is, as we continue on this journey, we will remember, that this isn’t our first rodeo, moving through just another rising into Light and Love! From that perspective, I love to feel into the saying & perhaps you’ll appreciate feeling into this as well: “WE are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”
