Do you know the story of your life?

I mean, really KNOW the depth of the life you’ve lived and are living?

Our stories matter.

When I speak about ‘story’ in this context, I don’t necessarily mean the stories we tell ourselves subconsciously, the self destructive, distortions abour who we are based on our wounding and conditioning. Even though these certainly are an important thread on our personal book of life, and when we glean the gold from our darkness, both we and our story evolves and elevates … the elevation & evolution … That’s the story I’m inquiring of.

When we know our lived experience, when we’ve digested it, assimilated and integrated it, into each re-birthed expression of self, we enter into a beautiful sacred, intimate relationship with ourselves. And this creates a beautiful, sacred, and initmate life!

This Fall I can’t wait to offer a sacred space for all who feel called, to begin writing the story of your life. Or at least step into a practice of self-knowing and self-honoring the journey that you are living.

When we know our story, our lived experience, intimately, we find healing, empowerment, wisdom, self-acceptance, self-love, confidence, trust, and much more that supports us to live more fully. We realize threads of our soul presence that have been weaving and guiding througout our lives. Our hearts expand to hold all that has been, enabling us to hold all that in now and what lies ahead.

When we share parts of our story with others we foster intimate relationship, we inspiration and encourage. We begin to reveal that we are all much more similar than different; that our life’s peaks and valleys can offer hope and reflect new truths for others to glean.

Story telling, tales, fables, mysths are of the realm of relationsional intimacy. They are the feminine aspect living and sharing and revealing through us. We bring strength and comfort and joys and wisdom to others, when we share the deeper elevated stories of our life with another.

This is one way of knowing ourselves more deeply and one another more intimately.
