Yoga Nidra is as simple as it is profound. This guided meditation is a ‘sleep’ based meditation, which allows your mind to drop into a deep peace, while your body experiences profound, healing, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that increases energy flow, clears blocks of unwanted habits, thoughts, and behaviors, within the mind, body, and energetic layers of your being.  It enables you to access and sustain innate qualities of Peace, Joy, and Freedom.
